4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this service or any communications received from us shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You agree that arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

5. VENUE & GOVERNING LAW

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted exclusively in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanventure LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

7. NO GUARANTEE

You understand there is no guarantee of financial gain, licensing, or product development.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
